Answers to your frequently asked questions
- No we do not hold properties. You would need to apply, be approved, sign the lease, and pay the security deposit in order for a property to be taken off the market.
- The security deposit is refundable as long as there is no damage or violations of lease terms that would necessitate not refunding some or all of the security deposit.
- Applications are done right on our website. Find the available property and click Apply Now.
- Rent can be paid online via your secure tenant portal or by check/money order at our office.
- If you are an existing tenant, please contact your property manager to discuss first. At a minimum you would need to sign a Pet Addendum and pay a pet deposit.
- Generally, the owner of the property will be responsible for repairs and maintenance. However, if the repair is part of an action caused by a tenant, the tenant would be responsible. income and expenses.
